Spring reverb preamplifier combined with a LP-HP filter
The SPRING AMP III, the third in a series of effects, bridges the gap between audio mixers and spring reverb tanks, offering deep filtering and wide dynamics control at low noise. It combines the best features of its predecessors with new enhancements: a dedicated volume control for the filter, switchable routing to place the filter before or after the spring tank, and a soft clip circuit on both input and filter for rich harmonic saturation. The filter, inspired by our favorite synths, features LFO modulation in an intuitive, playable design.
We designed the Spring Amp III to be a plug-and-play dub reverb effect, delivering the classic dub sound instantly upon connection.
Here at Benidub, we are truly passionate about designing spring-reverb devices. We started this journey years ago with our first model, “Sensiverb,” and continued refining it until the “Spring Amp project” evolved into its current form. With this reverb, we’ve now reached the third generation of Spring Amps.

EXTRA LOW NOISE REVERB PICK UP AMPLIFIER AND INNOVATIVE POWER AMPLIFIER
Discrete transistors front end amplifier for the best achievable noise figure, and a 7.5W constant current amplifier drives 8ohm input reverb tanks for maximum volume and best treble response.
INBUILT 12DB/OCT RESONANT HP-LP VCF
The Spring Amp III has an inbuilt analog filter with controls on its cutoff, resonance, and modulation. It features a crossfader between low-pass and high-pass filters outputs and a switch to place the filter before or after the spring tank.
INDEPENDENT VOLUME CONTROLS
Filter and preamplifier have independent volume controls, enabling the unit to function as a standalone filter or directly after an instrument with a line output.
