Atlas Sounds Oriental Drummer Drum Machine
Oriental Drummer is a dedicated MIDI groove drum machine and virtual instrument designed around authentic regional percussion styles. Rather than relying on fixed audio loops, it combines sampled percussion kits with editable MIDI performances, allowing grooves to follow the tempo of the session and giving producers complete control over notes, velocity, arrangement, and sound.
The library contains more than 150 fully arranged styles and over 2,000 drag-and-drop MIDI patterns covering Anatolian, Arabic, Balkan, Greek, Khaliji, Persian, and modern production rhythms. The library includes 23 Anatolian styles, 22 Arabic styles, 32 Balkan styles, 13 Greek styles, 24 Khaliji styles, 20 Persian styles, and 33 contemporary Producer styles.
Each arranged style contains 13 performance sections: 3 intros, 4 variations, 4 fills, 1 break, and 1 ending. This structure makes it possible to construct complete arrangements with natural transitions instead of repeating a short groove throughout a song.
Traditional material includes rhythms such as Maksoum, Baladi, Saidi, Wehda, Masmudi, Ayoub, Çiftetelli, Halay, Zeibekiko, Hasapiko, Syrto, Tallava, Bandari, Kordi, Azari, Emirati, Khabeiti, and Persian 6/8 patterns. The Producer kit extends the instrument into modern styles including Hip Hop, Trap, House, Pop, R&B, Soul, Funk, Reggaeton, and Rock.
Sound editing is built directly into the plugin. Individual drums can be tuned, balanced, panned, and assigned to customizable groups. Groups provide dedicated EQ, envelope, reverb send, level, and output-routing controls. Up to 16 groups can be routed to separate DAW channels for independent processing with third-party effects.
