C4RBN from WMD is a state variable filter with two-pole and four-pole operation and wavefolding, ready to do everything from some clean basic filtering to wild screeching filter mayhem. Pronounced "carbon", this filter provides separate outputs on the two-pole filter for low pass, band pass, and high pass filtering. The four-pole output has a switchable frequency response between low pass, band pass, and high pass. The resonance features CV control and goes well into self oscillation.
An attenuverter on the FM input allows for positive or negative filter modulation. In addition, a temperature compensated 1V/oct input provides musical pitch tracking. Get a classic vactrol-style percussive hit with the ping input which excites the filter for a percussive hit. Add additional grit to your signal with the input saturation and the output wavefolding. Designed with performance in mind, this versatile filter opens up a great deal of possibilities over a wide range of applications.'
