SM Pro Audio Tubebox - 500 Series Class A Tube Preamplifier.
The Tubebox by SM Pro Audio is a 500 Series Class A tube preamplifier that features switchable Phantom power, phase invert, low cut, selectable 20dB pad and an integrated optical compressor. The 12AX7 tube is easily accessible and can be replaced with a variety of modern and vintage tubes to customize the Tubebox's sound and performance to your taste.
The onboard compressor provides adjustable attack and release. The Tubebox's VU meter automatically changes from displaying output level to gain reduction when the compressor is in use. This allows you to view exactly how much compression is being applied. A master output level control helps you optimize your signal level and prevent A/D converter overload. The Tubebox uses LME49720 Op Amps to provide audio output with low noise/distortion.
This product has been used as an in-store demonstrator. It shows signs of light use. It comes with the accessories pictured. Original packing may or may not be included and will show wear and tear. This is a final sale but includes the manufacturer’s full warranty.
