Genelec IsoPod Kit for 8020, 8320, G Two & 4020 Black
This black 8040-440 replacement kit provides an Iso-Pod isolation stand and mounting hardware for one compatible Genelec loudspeaker. It replaces a missing original stand on an 8040, 8340 or G Four and is also compatible with the 4040.
Designed for placement on a tabletop or console meter bridge, the Iso-Pod uses vibration-damping material to reduce mechanical vibration transmitted from the loudspeaker to its supporting surface. Its four shallow feet support the enclosure, while the adjustable mounting arrangement allows up to ±15° of tilt to direct the loudspeaker’s acoustic axis toward the listening position. This isolation helps reduce midrange coloration caused by vibration of the supporting surface.
