Note: This repair service is available only to our customers and for the brands we sell. To avoid unnecessary charges, please ensure the product is defective. If the product is found to be fully functional with no fault, we may apply an estimate fee for the time spent processing and diagnosing the issue, even if the item is under warranty.

Warranty Repairs

This warranty covers either the repair or replacement of the product, as determined by our distributor or the manufacturer, and applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing faults. Shipping costs are not included under this warranty and will vary depending on the destination. Products that are damaged due to external causes will be deemed out of warranty.

Non warranty Repairs

For products that are no longer covered under warranty, an estimate will be provided by the distributor or manufacturer’s technician. You may choose to approve or decline the estimate. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, shipping and diagnostic fees will still be applied.
